Julia Holbrook has over 20 years of experience in the nonprofit and arts sectors including fundraising, leadership, marketing, major gifts, strategic planning, and community engagement. Prior to joining Classical Music Indy, Julia worked for several nonprofit organizations in various fundraising and leadership roles, including founding executive director, building a nonprofit from the ground up. She has served on boards and committees and is a strong advocate for the value of the arts in our communities.

Julia holds a Bachelor of Music and a Master of Music from IU Jacobs School of Music, with a focus on vocal performance. She is also a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) and has completed numerous professional development courses in nonprofit management, leadership, and fundraising.

Julia has an adventurous spirit and is passionate about travel, especially to Italy, where she lived for several years. In Italy, you’ll find her enjoying an Aperol spritz on a rooftop in Rome or next to the Mediterranean sea. She has two sons and two cats.
